Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of custom deliverables (websites, apps, designs) created exclusively for you transfers to you. Underlying frameworks, libraries, and tools remain intellectual property of their respective owners.

Cancellation
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. You are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the effective date of cancellation.
